Fried Chicken
- 1 lb Chicken Tenders
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 3/4 Cup Panko Crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Set out three containers for the flour, egg/milk and panko. Mix a few dashes of salt and pepper in each component. Heat 3/4" of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. In batches, dredge the chicken in the flour, then egg, then panko. Lay gently into the frying pan. Fry 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on a cooling rack.
